Uzma Almakky an entrepreneur and a Silicon Valley technology visionary. Uzma believes passionately in software’s ability to change the world for the better. In 1992, she founded DOTCOM, creating a new paradigm in early 90’s for scale computing, with purpose-built, large scale data center solutions, integrating hardware, Enterprise Software Development, Mobile Application Development and IT Consultancy - Uzma led the company as Founder & CEO for 25 years. In 1995, she started a non-profit in Silicon Valley providing training programs to impart the knowledge and skills teams to keep up with the speed at which industries were changing. iCoachu.us is fully remote-ready and online, brings the best learning from the innovation ecosystem to you on-demand. Since 1997, she is also running a successful manufacturing factory of Industrial Paper and Board in Pakistan.
The Silicon Valley Entrepreneur, has backed number of initiatives through her Non-for-Profit called Center for Research in Vocational Education (CRVE) with focus on Healthcare, Medical Research and Reforming Public School systems in Bay Area and Pakistan for sustainable human development.

Dr Qamar Khan is a Yale trained board certified Nephrologist practicing in United States. He has been practicing medicine in States for the past 30 years. He has been involved in introducing and promoting machine free dialysis called Peritoneal dialysis in Pakistan. He has been doing it in association with the help of his professor from Yale Dr Fred Finkelstein who is considered world authority in Peritoneal dialysis and renowned Nephrologists in Pakistan.
Dr Khan is also running a non profit organization, Street to School, to help sponsor education of children from under resourced families, mostly orphans in Pakistan with the goal of preventing child labor. He has founded a free medical lectures site eMedTalks.org to provide quality clinical lectures to medical students and doctors all over the world using a unique app/software Voicethread.
Dr. Ghazala Sadiq has worked in the US corporations including AT&T, Alcatel, Deloitte and Allscripts for 30 years, and with Higher Education Commission (HEC) in Pakistan for 4 years. Her skills include Operations Research, Statistics, Predictive Modeling, Data Mining, Natural Language Processing, Social Media Analytics, Cluster Analysis, Text Analytics, Data Visualization, Project Management. She holds a US patent on network switching algorithms, and has a few patents in the pipeline related to clinical data deidentification methods. Ghazala is a registered mentor with Empower Pakistan to help young Pakistani entrepreneurs bring their ideas to market.
Her personal interests are related to travelling and outdoor adventures such as trekking, mountain climbing, running. She has completed a few marathons (42 km each) and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, and Mt. Everest Base Camp in Nepal.
Muhammad Abdullah worked in Dubai as a consultant for three years, performing market and financial feasibility studies for healthcare and education assets in the Middle East and Africa region. In 2017, Abdullah decided to pivot towards data analytics and did his masters in analytics from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Currently, he is driving digital transformation and advanced analytics for Lenovo.
Abdullah is an avid squash player and loves trekking/hiking. He has a keen interest in social work and has worked with organizations like Red Crescent and National Center for Rehabilitation of Child Labour.
